Passion without the Fizz

Not sure what happened, but this batch of kefir didn't turn our to be like what I expected. Tried to add more passion fruit. I think it's either I sabotaged the fermenting process when I popped open the container to look-see-smell... or it's just the wrong combo / measurement.
