How beautiful the urban landscape! Some people criticise MBS for three incense sticking out of the city, but it's always a matter of perspective, we are a small city - we need the tourism dollar, we need expansion, we need to build to inject money into the economy, we need to stay relevant. There will always be two sides to the coin, find a balance, respect both sides. Life is never a walk in the park, people will always criticise, but there will also be people who knows, understands and appreciates. Never take for granted the things we have, for they are build with sweat, toil and sacrifice. Don't be too quick to judge, always find out why, how, what - most importantly what you can do to contribute (not to noise of ignorance) but to make life better; yours, others and the country's...

JD, you learnt today to speak up and do the right thing when something needs to be done. "Nevermind" if others forget to clear their tray, if the mess is too much for you to clear, get someone from the restaurant to clear the table before the birds make a bloody ketchup mess, even if it's "none of your business". It doesn't hurt to help get some help and make it a better place for everyone, especially since its al fresco.

I have no idea what this flower is called but it is absolutely beautiful. This is along the connecting bridge from Gardens By the Bay to Marina Bay Sands.
