One of the favourite things I love to do is to do my readings while eating salad. I know some may disapprove of eating and reading at the same time. But this is one of the ways I reminisce the period where I had so little time for studies, all thanks to my multi-hatting for varsity different committees and juggling various part-time positions to make ends. This has perhaps formed a habit that I sometimes indulge in, especially when I do heavy readings. There's something about the crunch of the zucchini and the Japanese sesame salad dressing is something close to my heart - always remembering the period of time I had with my Godsis in Japan in the early 90s when the dressing was certainly unique and the only place one could get is is probably from Daimaru.
