Gingerly We Prep Ginger

Nothing pretentious here, love how it capture the state of affairs at home - messy cushions, bodyguard dog and Tom Yam cravings. We bought 10kg of fresh young ginger to prepare for confinement about two months ago and I have been allowing it to simply be 'air-dried'. I can literally see the skin slowly shrivel over the weeks...

10kg and counting, I guess there will be loads of farting and burping (bleching?!!!) too!

I'm already counting down to the yummy food.
